Ledoux Shelving

The beauty of this piece lies in its adaptability, allowing each iteration to be uniquely reinvented. The design’s central element is a boxy column, inspired by French Neoclassical architect Claude Nicolas Ledoux, which serves as a structural backbone for shelves that lock into place, lending a distinctive character to any space.

Each piece is crafted from solid wood, assembled with honest joinery—no hardware—allowing the shelves to be attached, moved, and reattached with ease. The column can be built to any height and customized entirely, or designed to reference a curated selection of forms from past collections.
